and a Lover of Penguins Hello! I’m a mother of three, a lifelong learner, and a huge fan of penguins. I love to
travel and explore, and I wanted to share that sense of wonder with children through
stories. Choosing a penguin family for my book series felt like the perfect way
to inspire curiosity, kindness, and imagination in young readers.

I created Lyla’s Seattle Adventure as a fun way for children to learn about cities, landmarks, and family adventures, all from the comfort of their own home. My goal is to spark joy, encourage exploration, and show that with curiosity and creativity, every day can be an adventure.
